Finish Line Refuse Delivery?

I order 2 hoodies and Shoes on Finish Line the other day and realized that the shoes came in different colors, so I called the next morning to cancel the processing order and I was told it would be cancelled. Then late last night i got an email saying the items were shipped, the one hoodie was not shipped because they did not have it in stock...I ordered a new order (dif color shoes) and now I will be getting 2 of the same hoodies and shoes. Their site says you can refuse delivery or return the products to the store...but won%26#039;t I lose the shipping money (11$)? What if I refuse delivery?

Ok well I previously worked for finish line and you need to call their customer service. If I am not mistaking you placed a order, and then you canceled before the order was ship. Did they give a confirmation number or some kind of verification that your order was canceled?





Next, if you spoke with someone and they said that your order will be canceled then it should have been canceled.





This is an error on Finish Line behalf; the one ordered was supposed to be canceled before the items were shipped out, so they need to refund you all costs related to the first canceled order.


If they give you any problems tell them that you want to speak to the District manager, or the RVP of the area.





And yes, for the 2nd order, you will lose the shipping money if you do any return at a store or with the return label.





Finish Line usually has free shipping. But if you go in the store and you spend less than $50 your shipping is only $5. If you spend more than $50 shipping is free. Just a heads up for future orders. Even if they don%26#039;t have the item in the store you can take the item/style # and color code and go the the store to see if they can get it for you.
