It is important to take life less seriously?

I just watched the troubling video of the that Korean chap. There is a trend here of users abusing others, however, I encourage everyone who is abused, to take things with a large dose of humour and to remember this is the virtual world.

Don%26#039;t let it affect you in your daily life. Use this forum to release your stress not burden it.

To abusers, take stock of your postings and insults, put yourself in your %26#039;victims%26#039; shoes. We have some people here who live in a war torn country like Iraq, others in less free societies and those for whom coming here is a real privilege, as they don%26#039;t have easy access to net, or can%26#039;t afford it.

Be mindful of them, be mindful of race and culture. Respect other people%26#039;s nations. A person might live in a poor, war torn country or in a rich one, either way, every true citizen is proud of his/her country.

France is a great nation, as is Italy, Israel, the US and even Iran.

I know many Iranians who are great people and share the same goals as we do.

It is important to take life less seriously?
I agree with you. This beautiful game should bring people together instead of tearing them apart. There are too many other things in the world that tear people apart, there%26#039;s no reason to add this beautiful game to the list.

I think it%26#039;s great that everyone has their favorite player, club, league, national team. But we should all be able to support our favorites without having to put others down.

We can%26#039;t all be fans of the same team. All players, clubs, leagues and national teams deserve to have fans. Even the lowest paid player, even the club at the bottom of the table, even the lowest league, and even the nations that have no hope of becoming World Cup champions - all of them deserve to have fans.

Let%26#039;s all enjoy football. Play beautiful. Joga Bonito. Let%26#039;s eliminate unfair and unsportsmanlike play from football players ... and fans. too.
Reply:Dr. Phil, eat your heart out.

Sir Romanis - I bow to you, in acknowledgment of your words of wisdom!

You%26#039;re right on the money as usual.

I think most users here take all the bantering with good will, there%26#039;s just a select few, whom have to make it personal and make vicious attacks on people here.
Reply:i think everyone on here looks at the thing said here with humour, well atleast i do, i dont attack anyone unless they attack me first. but yeah spot on.
Reply:Agreed strongly!
Reply:I agree with you.
Reply:I couldn%26#039;t agree with you more, try explaining it to some users here, I won%26#039;t mention names but they know who they are!

There already planning a war for tomorrows game!!
Reply:I yield to your wisdom and sage musings, you are completely correct.
Reply:This is a great post Romanis. I agree with everything you said but people here will still insult each others and it bothers me a lot.

Thanks for posting this .
