Welcome to the world of supply and demand. Now did you check to see if the Hyundai elantra has the same brakes? Early KIA cars had ATE brake systems from Germany BMW 320 rear brake pads on the front of 1994/1995 KIA . And really the factory stuff while a lot more expensive is less likely to suprize you when hooking the return springs back on. HEY look they did not drill a hole to hook the parking brake lever too? then you have the car tore down for two more days.
Reply:it,s a import thing, kia want,s 2 sell the parts so they try 2 make them diff.no one can do repudiation, it,s a patten thing try 2 take the part and get a match good luck
Reply:The older the car gets the easier it becomes to get parts for them, Then when they get to old it get hard to find them again. Usually places like Napa will have them in the central warehouse which is usally next day delivery.
Reply:I bet you can buy them in the parts stores in Korea. Next time buy an American car so you can go to the parts stores in America and get parts.
Reply:Check out CARQUEST we just got a new line for import cars
Reply:Auto parts stores will order them for you if you ask. They can.t stock every item especially those for less popular vehicles.
Reply:why did u buy a KIA???

they are known for being hard to get parts for they are just junk. sell it by a ford,Chev or even a Honda.
